This year, Mirfield’s Holy Week was ‘live streamed’ for the benefit of anyone who wanted to share in it from afar.
Our Holy Week had a vocational theme for the Holy Week addresses and we hope that these have been of help and interest to those exploring their vocation.
You can also access the daily services and addresses below
Anything highlighted in red was scheduled to be live-streamed and will remain available on the site for 30 days.
The Daily Offices of Morning & Evening Payer, the Midday Office and Compline are streamed from Mirfield’s Community Church, as is the Daily Mass and all the liturgies of the Triduum.
The Holy Week Addresses given by The Revd Canon Stephen Ferns, (a former National Vocations Officer and Senior Selection Secretary) and the introductions to Holy Week liturgies given by The Revd Dr Jo Kershaw were also live streamed.
For those who were able to able to join with us via the internet or in person, we hope you had a blessed Easter.
As part of our traditional celebrations of Easter, we place flowers with the names of the departed that we want to remember in prayer in the Chapel of the Resurrection. Please submit the names of people who you would like to have remembered here, using the link below.
