Annual Fund
The Mirfield Annual Fund - provide a world-class formation for tomorrow’s priests
In October 2008, the College launched the Mirfield Annual Fund – an annual appeal to all the College’s alumni and friends. The Fund provides resources to meet the College’s most important priorities. These include improving college facilities, funding world-class teaching, and providing bursaries for students. One of the best ways to contribute to the future of the College is to complete a Standing Order Form.
After the first year of the Fund’s existence, we have reached a third of our target for giving. This is a marvellous start, and has been made possible by the generosity of a small group of alumni. The money raised has been used to fund teaching, to buy state-of-the-art equipment for a teaching room, and to provide bursaries for students going on life-changing parochial placements in Barbados and South Africa.
As we enter the second year of the Fund, we look to move closer to our target, so that we can do even more to provide formation for tomorrow’s priests.
Making a donation
Please consider using a Standing Order Form to pledge a regular gift – large or small – to the College. Your gift really will make a difference.

Tax-efficient giving
UK taxpayers can now give both regular gifts and one-off donations under the Gift Aid Scheme. The Scheme enables the College to recover £28.21 from HM Revenue & Customs for every £100 donated – at no extra cost to the donor. A Gift Aid Declaration is included on the Standing Order Form.
