Accommodation

The College offers excellent student accommodation.

Single students who ‘live-in’ have an en-suite room in recently refurbished accommodation on the Main Quad. There is a small pantry on each accommodation corridor, and a larger kitchen on the ground floor. In addition, there is a limited amount of nearby accommodation off-site for single students who want to bring a pet with them to College.

Married students are accommodated off-site, with separate study rooms on campus. Most married students live in comfortable College-owned houses within very easy walking distance of the College.

All study-bedrooms and study rooms have internet access with unlimited Broadband connections. Students have access to the University’s online services from their study rooms in College.

Food

The Refectory is a focus of our common life together, and our vision is that our common meals should mirror our common worship as far as possible. In both Chapel and Refectory, we seek to put God at the centre, to have thanksgiving as the central mark of our response to God, and to commit ourselves to service of others.

The College of the Resurrection is fully catered, providing three meals a day, seven days a week during term. In addition, each weekday, there is a popular coffee-break at 11am (often with home-made cake) and coffee at 4pm. On Sundays, students are invited to join the monastic community for coffee and cakes at 4pm.

Spouses and children of students, and students’ guests, are all welcome at every meal. The College prides itself on its high quality student food. The College kitchens are able to accommodate most special dietary requirements.
