If you wish to pursue this MA Programme as part of preparation for ordination, then you must initially be accepted by the College as an ordinand. Please contact the academic registrar for a college application form.

If you are not pursuing ordination, then you can fill
in the University of Leeds application form online at
http://www.leeds.ac.uk/admissions/tpform1.html or
contact the academic registrar for a paper copy.
